Goodfest What if your goal was making others feel good?
Workshop information
Imagine if the goal of every leader was to make their people feel good about themselves. Whether it was organisational leaders or those ruling the countries and cities we live in? How would the world of work as we know it transform? How would the societies we live in benefit and ultimately how would the lives we live be shaped for the better?
Lets explore though discussion and interactive exercises in this 90 minutes what could be different if making people feel good was at the forefront of everything we did. When we leave this workshop we will be equipped with the knowledge and the inspiration that world ahead can be brighter if we just let that happen.
