Join Black Voices Cornwall for a 90 minute journey of deeper understanding, peer sharing and challenging your current status quo! This course aims to support you to achieve social sustainability and see progressive and profitable change that will take you into the future of sustainable practice – without throwing money at tick-box training or stumbling into tokenism!

We will work towards landing in an inclusive space; reframing the way we talk about diversity and exploring radical (but practical) actions you can take to make your workspace, life and business authentically inclusive.

This course applies across the protective characteristics and focuses on your individual and organisational journey to reaching a practical, sustainable and pro-active culture/self.

This course will take you on an evolution of empathy building from your own experiences, to tackling what diversity really means (spoiler alert – we’re going to move the conversation away from diversity to make things much more meaningful) and finally to workshopping what you/your organisation can do to implement real and radical inclusive practice – for free, for betterment, for the sustainable future of the Cornish community. Please note – these solutions work for anyone, regardless of organisation, sector, team size or budget – so once you know you will be empowered to make change!
