Goodfest How to get on a mission
Workshop information
This workshop will challenge you to dream big. To explore how you could help to solve a social or environmental challenge, profitably.
Some of the most exciting companies in the world have a mission. Think of Tony’s Chocolonely (Slavery in the chocolate supply chain), Ella’s Kitchen (1 in 5 children overweight or obese by the time they start school), Ocean Bottle (ocean plastic). They are prioritising where they act to try to move the dial on something big.
It’s not just for the heroic few. Anyone can have a mission. And when done well, it provides clarity and focus, enabling you to stand out in your market, attract talent and gain loyal customers.
This workshop will help you to explore how your company can become Mission-Led. You’ll discover the Mission-Led Business Roadmap, reflect on what motivates and drives you, map out your connection to relevant social and environmental challenges and be given actions to take the next steps on your journey when you leave.
