Goodfest Growing my impact
Workshop information
How do we help or hinder the impact we have in the way we show up? How do we show up as our best, authentic selves to put our ideas into actions? How do we overcome our own barriers and limiting beliefs towards action? Who is in our tribe, supporting and championing us along the way?
This interactive workshop is for participants who are interested in how to amplify the positive action they have on people and planet. It allow people to explore 2 elements of Systems Theory and how they relate to them:
1) Our mental models (our beliefs, assumptions, values, way of doing/operating), and
2) Relationships and power (the extent of the networks and people we are connected with and how to work with them to support us in action.
This isn’t a ‘learn new skills’ workshop, it’s an interactive deep dive into our own psychology and ways of working and bringing a conscious spotlight to how we work and what is helping or hindering us to be brave for positive change, and an appreciation that we are all different. The audience will leave with a plan of action on how they can amplify their impact on positive change action.
