Goodfest Finding your “enough” – being good enough, having enough, doing enough
Workshop information
In the face of the polycrises the world faces now around climate, and nature, we may often feel we are not doing enough, or not know what is ours to do. This workshop looks at the choices we make about our lives / actions and the assumptions that underlie them. Being a part of nature, not apart.
How do we really find within ourselves a strong sense of being / doing enough? How to have a good enough life?
In a society that has taught us we must have more, that there is never quite enough, that we are not yet quite good enough, it can be hard to find a balance. To stop and pause to work out what you really want, why you are driven to achieve, to really believe you can be good enough and find what is yours to do or be.
At this workshop you will
– explore being enough through nature
– understand assumptions that drive you around being good enough
– get insights into how you can change and choices you make
Working in nature, you will explore through visualisation and paired work your felt experience and gain insight into a first step you can take.
