Goodfest Effortless Impact: do good, be happy

Embrace your story, find your tribe, and make a unique, effortless impact in the world. This workshop will leave you equipped and motivated to pursue meaningful change without sacrificing your well-being.

You’ve achieved a level of success, but something is missing. It’s not about more money or status — it’s about making a meaningful impact. Yet, you want this impact to be effortless, balancing it with your responsibilities to your colleagues, company, and family. The “Effortless Impact” workshop is designed to help you discover how to do good and be happy.

The workshop will be made of 3 parts:

1. Reflect and Explore (30 minutes):
– Use the Story of Change canvas to reflect on positive changes in your life
– Uncover key moments that have shaped your journey and how they can inform your unique impact

2. Share and Connect (30 minutes):
– Share your stories in small groups to identify common themes and connections
– Engage in discussions that reveal the gems within each story and foster potential collaborations

3. Impact Brainstorm and Manifesto Creation (30 minutes):
– Individually brainstorm ways to create impact that align with your personal story
– Craft a simple manifesto that captures your newfound clarity and commitment to effortless impact
