Goodfest Dear Me!

Workshop information

In a safe workshop environment, participants will be asked to look within themselves and ask the question, what are the key qualities and attributes that make you ‘you’? Building on this, they will be asked to identify what their hopes, dreams and aspirations are for the future.

Initially they will be creating mind maps based on the above question/s. They will then start to visualise these using simple drawings / visuals, adding to their mind maps. These will be consolidated into a single composition / image that they will translate into a lino cut stamp. After this has been realised, they will actually make their own stamp design and print it onto a blank postcard. On the back they will also write a message to their future selves to remind them of what they dared to dream during the workshop / Goodfest 24.

Each participant will leave with their own lino stamp and more importantly, a postcard that they can put up in their house / place of work, acting as a powerful reminder of the dreams they dared to dream during Goodfest 24.
