As the current head of the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, John oversees strategic initiatives that foster economic growth and community engagement. He has also founded and successfully run multiple award-winning brand and creative consultancies. His career is marked by notable achievements such as being recognised in the PR Week Powerbook as one of the top communicators for four consecutive years, and leading his previous agency through B Corp certification.

John’s expertise spans integrated communications, digital marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement. He has delivered keynote speeches at prominent industry summits and developed communications strategies for high-profile clients including Natura &Co, Statkraft, lululemon, COOK, Frugi, Virgin, and B Lab Global.

John holds a B.Sc. in Environment and Conservation Biology from Bournemouth University and is completing an M.Sc. in Sustainable Futures from the University of Exeter.
