Goodfest Charlotte Sewell

Charlotte is a freelance facilitator and advisor focused on accelerating organisational response to the climate and ecological emergency. She is passionate about working with networks and communities to strengthen best practice sharing and ground climate action in Climate Justice.

As strategic advisor to B Lab Global’s Climate Task Force, she works with the B Corp movement to support 1800+ businesses committed to Net Zero across 50+ industries around the world. In her work with Boardroom2030 she supports organisations to ensure their Boardrooms are future ready.

She also heads up community engagement for UK21, a forum supporting individuals and movements working on economic systems change in the UK, and works alongside the thriving Future Planet community, supporting sustainability professionals on all things from Mental health, professional development and culture to climate justice and diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about personal growth, and designing ace learning and strategy sessions for teams and organisations.
