Goodfest Carlos Saba and Laurence McCahill

Carlos and Laurence are the co-founders of The Happy Startup School, joyfully helping entrepreneurs build businesses that make money, do good and promote happiness. Friends since primary school they’ve built two successful businesses together.

In 2004, they founded Spook Studio, a digital agency working with startups. However, they fell out of love with agency work and were looking for something more. This led them to start The Happy Startup School in 2012. By 2015 they closed the agency and committed fully to their new vision.

Since then they’ve been creating transformational experiences worldwide and online, helping individuals discover their true selves and build fulfilling, impactful businesses. Their journey emphasises the power of community, self-awareness, and the courage to pursue unconventional paths.
