Goodfest Using nature to bring clarity and inspire action
In our world of distraction and busy lives, how do we bring clarity to our thoughts and take action?
Our workshop will get you outdoors using methods around ‘walk and talk’ to determine what really matters and then using mindfulness meets ecology to build actions and focus.
We’ll also be exploring placing the planet in the middle of the creative decision making process. You’ve heard the saying put yourself in your client’s shoes. Well, imagine that your client was the planet and it had a voice. What would their feedback be, what do they really want?
Come rain or shine this will take place out and about. Be prepared. Nature will determine our experience and what everyone will get out of it.
Outputs & Outcomes
- Plenty of fresh coastal air (you might also get wet)
- You’ll definitely feel more connected to nature’s voice

- You’ll be able to define what the planet needs from your creative output
- You’ll be able to challenge your thinking about your responsibility and what impact you can have
