Goodfest Mike Coulter

After an award-winning career as an advertising copywriter, Mike was an early, very early, adopter and advocate of social media. (He was the 11,700th person to spot the potential of and sign up for Twitter in 2006.)

More recently he was Creative Director on the hugely influential ‘Side Projects Report’ from The Do Lectures, which was the catalyst and inspiration for him to train and qualify as an enthusiastic evangelist, ambassador and coach for Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg’s ground-breaking Tiny Habits method of behaviour change. (Mike is one of only few officially recognised TH coaches in the UK.)

At Goodfest Mike will take you through the Tiny Habits Method, explain how emotions create habits, why we should all believe in baby steps, why he considers Tiny Habits a ‘Superpower’, and help you explore, design and nail a bunch of new positive habits in your own life.

Giving examples of how Tiny Habits has had a massive impact in both his personal and professional life, we think you’ll enjoy and benefit enormously from Mike’s engaging, evangelical style. A passionate cyclist, and iffy bodysurfer; he has of course, been a long-time supporter of Sustrans and Surfers Against Sewage.
